Light and Shadow

After reading about light and shadow, I particularly was interested in the scientific aspect of it. Light is described as electromagnetic radiation that has a wavelength visible to the eye. Light is said to have properties of waves and particles. Like particles, it can show intensity like brightness. There are also many different kinds of light such as natural and artificial light, which corresponds to radiant and ambient light. Radiant light comes from a given source of energy and has an infinite amount of rays. Ambient light on the other hand is an effect of illumination. It gathers at the middle of observation and has structure. An example of radiant light would be the sun and an example of ambient light would be the light given off by a lamp, for example.
