Germany: A beautiful place with a bad connotation.

We all discussed in class that we would post about our travel locations and so I would like to start it off by posting my pictures of Germany and what I thought of it. Two summers ago, I went to Germany for 3 weeks because my cousin was getting married. We arrived a week before the wedding and stayed 2 weeks after. After the wedding however, my cousin and her newlywed husband took us on a “road trip” around Germany. We got to visit Berlin, Dresden, Munich, Cologne, and of course Hamburg their hometown. Before going, I always though Germany would be a dirty place and that the people there would be so mean and harsh. To my surprise I was completely wrong in both aspects. I would say that about 50% of the population there also speaks English which makes it a nice possibility for our trip. The conditions depend on the city but for the most part, the landscape is beautiful and the streets are spotless! Plus everyone is so warm and welcoming and definitely not as harsh as many movies or shows portray them as. Below I have posted some photos and I hope you all can comment on what you think.
